As IT Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure stable operation of business-critical IT systems with high requirements for availability and reliability.
- Coordinate daily IT operations, including incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Monitor IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure performance and uptime.
- Coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and changes.
- Ensure documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
- Act as primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and external IT providers.
- Ensure a high level of cyber security.

Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study.
- Coordination of IT operations in a business environment.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
